Our video to Digital Conversion Service will transfer the following formats: VHS, Hi8 and 8mm tapes.
We can also convert your DVD’s to digital meaning you can access them quicker and easier.

We can convert old cinereals, however, please contact us for a quote.

We can transfer your VHS and camcorder tapes to DVD. Each DVD will hold up to 120mins of your converted digital footage.

Yes. We can transfer your Hi8 tapes to DVD or other digital device.

Yes.  We can transfer your 8mm tapes to DVD or other digital device, such as USB or Cloud.

Yes! We can transfer your old Mini-DV tapes to DVD. We can also provide the videos on USB or store them on the cloud.

We do transfer the following:

135 film (36x24mm)
126kpk film (27x27mm)
110 film (17x13mm)
Super8 film (4.01×5.79mm)

The way the video tape to digital conversion service works is a simple and straightforward process.

Step 1

First contact us and let us know what you would like converted and the quantity of tapes/ DVD’s you’d like to be transferred. We’ll then issue you a quote for the project.

Step 2

Once the quote is accepted, we will ask you to post, arrange collection with you either using a courier or arrange local collection. 

Step 3

As soon as we receive the tapes we’ll let you know and will start converting your home movies to digital.

Step 4

Once the tapes have been converted you will be notified to let you know that the process has been successful and your tapes are safely in digital format. 

Step 5

We will then issue your invoice for the project as we endeavour to edit and process your videos.

Step 6

As soon as the edits are completed, your videos are uploaded onto the cloud. Providing your invoice has been paid, we will then send you across the link to the new digital home of your videos. You can then start enjoying them from any device of your choosing.

Step 7

We will then contact you to arrange the return of your original video tapes and DVD’s either by courier or other means.

We’ll remove any unwanted bits of film as though it was never there.

Whether someone has recorded over family footage with Eastenders or the content is just not appropriate be sure to let us know and we will leave it out the final video. We can do this in addition to your original conversion quote.

Your video conversion will take between 1 and 2 working days to complete.

For larger orders this may take a little longer for a number of reasons such as: file sizes, long conversion times and cloud upload time. We’ll always do our best to get your memories back to you as soon as possible without jeopardising the final output.

In extremely busy times when we have multiple projects on, we will always give you time estimates upfront.

The digital conversion takes 1 and 2 working days to complete, during busy periods this could take up to 5 working days.

Your videos will be available on our cloud for as long as we can keep them on there.

If for any reason we need to remove them from the cloud, we will let you know at least 30 days in advance.

You can easily share your videos with a simple URL link.

Home videos are made to be shared with those we love!

Any mobile device with access to the internet can access your videos.

If you ever get stuck, please just drop us a message and we can guide you as to how you can do so.

Once the converted VHS, 8mm tapes and DVD’s are transferred, you can download them directly onto your mobile device from the link you receive. 

Your videos are safe as long as you keep your URL’s / links safe.

You can!

As long as your TV supports mp4 files. If not, you can either sync your mobile device with your TV, use the USB input on your TV or plug a HDMI into your mobile device using the correct adaptor.

All videos are supplied as an .mp4 file. This is a global format used worldwide

If you want your files supplied in a different format please let us know.

We try to make payment as easy as possible, that’s why we accept the following: Cash, Bank Transfer, Card Payment (Visa / Debit / Credit), and PayPal.
